CONCEPT  |   The boathouse is located in the historic district next to the river. In the past, this site was well known as a space of reunion for latinos immigrants. The river plays an important role since represents exchange, motion, and renovation. The structure emerges and becomes the merge element between water and land. Its a symbol of cultural fusion and expression as it was before.
